The breakfast was plentiful with many options available.

The parking fee was surprisingly high (I felt a bit fleeced, to be honest). The check-in process was slow because only one receptionist was on duty. Our room faced the function rooms, and the soundproofing was inadequate, so we heard loud music until late at night. I found it irritating.

I loved the rooms and lobby. Both were lovely. The atmosphere was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, with a great choice of options. The bar had a great selection of drinks and a nice vibe. I was happy with the professional treatment room and its relaxing music.

I felt that the gym's condition was not quite up to the high standards of the hotel. It seemed a bit small.

The hotel provided easy access to the city, yet it reminded me of a countryside escape. It was a great combination. The pool area featured a good number of loungers. A modern gym exists with several cardio machines.

The buffet offered an amazing setup from start to finish, including drinks. Hot meals were promptly refilled, along with the desserts, which i appreciated. The staff made a special effort to bring me non-alcoholic drinks when i asked. I appreciated that.

The reception staff was REALLY helpful and accommodating. They were able to address all my needs quickly. One staff member was especially helpful in recommending the best room for my stay. the service was attentive and friendly. I was very impressed by the team.

the walls seemed a little thin, so i could hear doors closing and conversations in the corridor. it impacted my ability to fully relax at times.

Okay stay, some issues noticed

The hotel location are excellent. I saw it is set in beautiful grounds. The gym and swimming pool are available . I used tea facilities and an iron in my room.

I noticed a huge emphasis on parking. I saw the charges, pay machines and signs everywhere. Checking in, only one lady worked on reception. I waited long. It was very busy with little clarity about where to sit or how to get service.
