i found my room to be clean it definitely added to my relaxation after a long day i had a twin room and it provided ample space for me. the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch i definitely felt pampered . the flowers around the hotel were beautiful both inside and out i enjoyed seeing them.

the bathroom lacked an extractor fan so it got steamy after showers this was a minor inconvenience though.

the hotel offered convenient on-site parking , made coming and going very easy the availability of music every night added a very nice element to the overall atmosphere. the hotel is very modern.

the staff were very friendly and helpful especially during breakfast service the team was very attentive to everyone. the laundry service was effective and ensured i had clean clothes throughout my stay.

Fantastic stay!!!

I enjoyed the breakfast. It offered LOTS of choice. The room was comfortable. I had dinner on two evenings. The menu had a lovely steak and gorgeous fish.

The hotel feels dated. Rooms are inconsistent. While clean at surface level, they feel a bit grimy. It's hard to fall asleep due to noise outside.

I found the room spacious and very clean. The facilities, especially the restaurants, bar, and pool area with sauna and jacuzzi, were top notch. Breakfast was really good each morning. There was a large variety of options and the staff were super attentive and helpful.

I noticed the pillows were super hard and uncomfortable. A softer option would make for a better night's sleep.
