Acceptable stay with some concerns
helpful staffundercooked meatmushy pasta
The staff was pleasant and helpful .
The food quality was a problem (especially the dinners). I found that some meat dishes were undercooked. The paella was hard, and the pasta was mushy. I would not recommend this to people that look for good meals.

the outdoor swimming pool was quite nice.
the balcony in my room (i was in room 221) was unusable because of an air conditioning unit. it blew hot air directly onto the balcony. also, the sound insulation from the hallway into the rooms was very poor.

the kids club was awesome. eva, sophia, and vero really looked after my children. carlos and guida at reception were always ready to help. the waiting staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating during meal times.
i found that the lighting on the balcony facing the road could not be switched off, a little annoying at night.

Solid Family Stay!

Breakfast had very much choice and something for everyone. The kids club runs long hours and staff is motivated. The hotel build let the sun shine most of the day. The location is good for families.
The refrigerator knob was glued to number 1, it does not let me lower the fridge temperature. This made keeping medication cool difficult. The outside light on the balcony stay on and i cannot turn if off.

the room felt quite cramped. the bathroom water pressure was noticeably low, impacting shower quality. obtaining fresh towels was also surprisingly difficult.

the pools were acceptable , they had a reasonable temperature for swimming.
I found the gym quite disappointing. It only had a couple of treadmills and the air conditioning seemed to be perpetually broken, made working out rather unpleasant.. the equipment looked like it hadn't been updated since the early 2000s.
