Very nice Experience
comfortable suite immaculate room nightly turndown
The Red Level Ocean Suite was very comfortable. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate and well-stocked with everything needed. Turn down service each night added a lovely touch, with towels replaced and low lighting upon our return.

mouldy berries average coffee
I was a bit disappointed overall. the breakfast buffet at the red level lounge lacked variety (i found mouldy berries). the coffee took ages to arrive and wasn't great either. the bath plug broke after a single use. This made things inconvenient.

a dream stay by the sea
fine setting wonderful experience
The setting was fine, and the service was amazing. francisco's kindness and professionalism were appreciated. the entire team created a wonderful experience for us. staff were lovely, especially the breakfast team, who were pleasant and helpful. the pool concierges were always there to sort out a sunbed or bring a drink, wonderful. It made our day so much easier.
The air ventilation in our room had some issues, and we smelled tobacco smoke. it occurred whenever someone started smoking, even with the windows and door closed, not ideal. more storage space for clothes would be helpful for longer stays. We found it inconvenient.

the food was of a high standard at breakfast and at bardot. we also enjoyed a meal at china crown. the ambience at buzzy cappuccino was nice. the breakfast buffet featured a wide array of fresh, local products.

the hotel has a beautiful pool deck and great proximity to the boardwalk, we loved being so close to the sea. the location is ideal, it offers access to both the beach and the town. a short stroll along the promenade led to town.

Our room had fine views of the nearby mountains. it was spotlessly clean. the bed was very comfortable. the room was elegantly decorated. it had two balconies with amazing sea views. We spent a lot of time there.

lovely pool excellent service
I appreciated the lovely pool and bar area. The bar staff demonstrated excellent service in the evenings. I found the Thai restaurant to be excellent, and I will gladly return. The staff was helpful and kind. They went the extra mile to.
The air conditioning in my room needed fixing, I also observed a floor that looked rather grimy. We also experienced air ventilation problems. Our room smelled of tobacco smoke, even with closed windows and doors.

Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The number of returning guests showed the staff created a home atmosphere. Guest relations ensured we had a superb stay. They went the extra step.
