The staff were helpful and friendly. This made check-in and check-out smooth. The restaurant food was great, especially the sizzling platter steaks. Our group of twelve was handled very well by the restaurant staff. Anna at reception made a complicated check-in very easy.

I found the downlighting in the room a little dark. This made it difficult to see clearly in certain areas.

The welcome from the reception was friendly! The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. I enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant. It included a special children's menu for the three kids. Staff were professional and very helpful.

The external lamp outside my window cast a lot of light into the room. It was a bit of a nuisance.
