nice bathroom helpful air con comfy beds dim main lights tough pastries buffet breakfast
The room was lovely. The bathroom was especially nice. the air con and heating was helpful because the windows were single glazed. very comfy beds made for a good night's sleep.
the main lights were very dim in the room and the lamps didn't work. i also didn't choose to pay extra for breakfast, though the buffet was fine for a quick bite, some of the pastries were a little tough. the breakfast could improve.

The room had superb toiletries, complete with a great selection of teas and coffee pods. i slept like a baby. The bed was amazingly comfortable. the breakfast was delicious, offering great value for the quality of the produce.
The fridge was well stocked, but the prices were extreme. A bag of jelly beans cost £9.50. a small bottle of water was £4.50. I think it should have been complimentary. i felt the overall price for one night was not proportionate to the overall experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very attentive. The room was clean. The location allowed me to walk to many nearby places!!!

rainfall shower central location english breakfast
my superior king room felt really modern the bathroom was excellent too it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i appreciated that the hotel is so central because i could easily walk around the town and then quickly return to my room when i needed to i never had to worry about transportation or distance. the breakfast had a superb full english option i also found great coffee.
the receptionist seemed a little disinterested upon arrival

I enjoyed my feature room. It had exposed beams and stone walls! i was so thrilled with the coffee machine that included free pods and the complimentary cookies. the bathroom was large. It featured a fantastic shower and lovely smelling toiletries. the bed was so comfortable!
the bar did not stock any alcohol-free options, such as beer or gin.

The staff were really attentive. They ensured all needs were promptly met. the reception staff were available for requests and assistance. Their positive attitude enhanced the visit. the breakfast service was also excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection.

The location was great. The bar was nice. It featured good beds. The receptionist was very friendly!
The staff didn't clear the tables quickly, so a lot of messy tables were visible.
