informative receptionistloud musicalcohol-free options
The receptionist was friendly and informative. That was appreciated.
I was woken up early by loud music from the restaurant. the manager, who was playing the music, didn't lower it enough after i complained, it was still quite loud. the bar lacked basic alcohol-free options. I found that frustrating. finding suitable drinks proved difficult and limited my enjoyment.

The room had superb toiletries, complete with a great selection of teas and coffee pods. i slept like a baby. The bed was amazingly comfortable. the breakfast was delicious, offering great value for the quality of the produce.
The fridge was well stocked, but the prices were extreme. A bag of jelly beans cost £9.50. a small bottle of water was £4.50. I think it should have been complimentary. i felt the overall price for one night was not proportionate to the overall experience.
