The location was convenient for exploring. The staff were helpful with storing luggage before and after checkout. I found the afternoon tea at Soho Wala enjoyable and my waiter, Ramadan, was very attentive.
I noticed a lack of atmosphere in general. The rooftop bar seemed empty. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated, unpleasant. I also found there were no hand towels provided in the bathroom.

The staff were attentive. Concierge james was magnificent. He didn't ask us to say that, he was. The location was perfect. We went to see a show, and it was a short walk away. The pool in the basement had a very chilled atmosphere, and the bar area was very cool. They retained some cells. This used to be a courthouse.
I booked a room, i realized my wife was away that weekend, so i got in touch to reschedule. They refused to change the dates and still took nearly £700 for the two nights we couldn't go. We were happy to change the dates, but that was too much trouble for them. It was such a disappointment
