The event space was great with beautiful grounds. The staff was very polite. The reception staff welcomed us warmly. We received a nice treat and goody bag for the kids upon arrival (a lovely touch).
The room's carpet was a little loose in one corner.

The team provided excellent assistance with our event. Mohammed and his team were cordial. The receptionist was courteous, and early check-in was provided upon request (i appreciated this).

The staff was helpful, and I found the public areas comfortable. My room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The meals I had in the bar were enjoyable. The prompt, friendly service, coupled with good food, was greatly appreciated.
I noticed slightly dated decor in some areas, particularly in the restaurant, where the placemats and crockery could use updating.

Check-in was quick and the staff provided warm cookies upon arrival. My room was clean and came equipped with tea, coffee, and bottled water. The en-suite was a good size and featured a walk-in shower (I love walk-in showers!).
The hotel does not have USB points near the bed or desk.

The staff was helpful. dali was particularly kind and professional. She made sure i had all i needed. every interaction i had with the staff felt warm. the welcome was excellent. I felt right at home. the rooms are super clean and modern.
the check-in experience was not good, as i received no information on directions to the rooms or breakfast times.
