i really loved how friendly and helpful all the staff were. the breakfast was amazing!!! my room was very smart and comfortable, with quality extras that i appreciated. the views of the park were beautiful and calming.

The location of my room was quite far from the reception and main facilities. The long walk was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym with several machines. the pool looked clean and inviting. i saw complimentary wellies and umbrellas available to use. That was a very nice touch.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold items. i sampled the bacon, sausages and mushrooms. the flavors were amazing!!! staff ensured everything was well-stocked and fresh.

the room came with a patio area that overlooked the golf course. a blanket and hot water bottle was available for sitting outside. the mint restaurant offered a good varied choice of food.

the room i was allocated to initially only had room names, not numbers.

The swimming pool was closed for two days during our three-night stay. This was a big disappointment. Spa treatments was impossible to book, it was only open one day. Reception staff were not helpful. Contrast to the bar and restaurant staff. I think they are not interested unless you play golf!
