the room was quiet and warm it was perfect after a long day i appreciated the cookies and apples available in the reception area the staff were helpful and check in was fast and easy the hotel is located near the motorway making it easy to access but far enough away to be peaceful. i found that the hotel had a high level of finish and a luxury feeling.
the room was not hoovered well next to the desk and under the bed this was only discovered when i was looking for an earring there needs to be more attention paid to detail in the housekeeping services.

The staff was super friendly! Celia checked in with me daily to make sure I had everything I needed, it was great. I really appreciated the direct buses from the hotel to the city center. Transport was so easy. The warm cookies upon arrival were also a plus. What a treat!
The hotel charges for parking. It would be much better if parking was free for overnight guests. This is really disappointing.

I had some issues. the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. Only one treadmill was working. the tv remote in my room also didn't work properly. i had to manually change the channels. the process was a pain. the staff were friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. apply, twice.

The rooms were spacious with nice bathrooms. The staff at reception was kind to my family, they were pretty good when we asked for extra bedding.
The food quality in the restaurant was very poor and very expensive for what was on offer. You would be better going to MacDonalds. The hotel charges for its parking spaces.
