Fantastic Golf Course View!

My room was spacious and offered a nice view of the golf course. The king size bed was super comfortable and very clean. I especially liked the provided shower gel, soap, and hair products in the bathroom.
The internet was not working . Reception told me it had been down all day which was a bit inconvenient (i needed it for work).

i found the breakfast buffet amazingly delicious. the staff accommodated my allergies very seriously. they brought me a full cooked breakfast prepared in the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination, apologising that sliced bread wasn't available, they toasted a roll instead.
housekeeping standards seemed inconsistent. during my stay, i noticed rubbish remained in the corridor. a hoover would go a miss.

Really good Service and Comfortable Stay

Lucia at reception displayed very nice kindness and helpfulness upon my arrival after a long journey. She arranged a late check-out. This thoughtful gesture allowed me to relax fully before boarding my cruise. Lucia also checked in on me via message to ensure everything was satisfactory. I regularly choose this hotel for its excellent service, I always receive a warm welcome.
The hotel bar did not show any sports on the TV, this was disappointing for a sports facility. I had to find another venue to watch football and eat, it was inconvenient. I expect more from such a hotel.
