admirable stay

central location helpful staff room upgrade comfortable bed
i appreciated the hotel's central location. the staff were helpful and friendly at all times. i was upgraded to a better room upon arrival, a lovely gesture for my short break. the bed provided comfort throughout my stay.
the lift was out of service , which presented a slight inconvenience when moving between floors, though i understand this is not always the case.
Rooms

the beautiful king room featured attention to detail, including a complimentary drink. twenty-four-hour room service was available, and the bed was super comfortable for a good night's sleep, which i valued.
Dining

A waitress named polly suggested that i should try the malbec instead of the house red. i did so, and i found it very nice. I was happy with the bar service. a lovely restaurant was on site.

Great stay near the theatre

unique feel coffee facilities
The hotel is about eight minutes walk from the station and roughly the same distance to the theatre (location is great, i must say). The rooms have a lovely design, forming a maze of corridors that give the hotel a unique feel. I found the en suite bathroom good, especially with the fridge and tea and coffee facilities available. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
I discovered the bedroom lighting insufficient. The dressing table area lacked lights that space less functional during the evening. It would be very helpful to make the lighting brighter. This made it hard to use that corner.
Facilities
9/10
Parking is available , a great advantage given the central location, and there is also a spa at the hotel. The hotel also offers breakfast buffet to satisfy different needs, and also provides coctails at the bar, really appreciated.
Rooms
8/10
My superior double room was spacious and comfortable. The room featured a fridge and tea and coffee facilities (a kettle, mugs, and selection of teas and instant coffee).
Location
10/10
The hotel is situated close to the town, perfect for exploring local attractions. The location is close to the pedestrian street, which houses many of the city's restaurants. a wonderful location.

the hotel location was useful to get to restaurants. the breakfast included a decent selection of foods. staff was polite when i interacted with them.
my room was very hot without cooling options. opening the window did little to help it. there was a small lift available, but it was quite loud.

the location was CENTRAL and quite convenient. the bed was pretty comfortable too.
I am sad to say that the noise levels were awful. you HEAR all the street noise because there is no air conditioning. I had to keep the windows open and the street was loud. it was a disappointing experience.
