clean facilities friendly staff vegan options
The spa visit was an absolute highlight! The facilities were beautiful and clean. The staff member who collected us from the spa showed us to our room. It felt personal. Afternoon tea was a treat. There were plenty of delicious vegan options.
The buffet did not offer many vegan options!

Underwhelming Experience
untrained staff late checkout
The restaurant service was not good I ate there a few times. Staff seemed untrained. Getting a late checkout was difficult I wanted just 60-90 minutes. They wanted me to pay half a night's rate even with the hotel mostly empty it was quite annoying.
