The spa changing rooms were not clean, and the pool area seemed quite dated. The shower facilities also was very tired. the tile grout had mould, and some chrome fittings were corroded. i found a dirty plaster stuck between slats in the sauna, disappointing.

the swimming pool was of a decent size for swimming laps.

the vegan food options were disappointing. i asked about the vegan curry listed online , but it turned out to be a vegetable and chickpea tagine , listed as vegetarian. staff were unsure if it was vegan even without the naan bread. when i asked again the next evening , i was told it was no longer available.
