I was well looked after . georgia assisted with meal organisation and local recommendations. tom was helpful with last minute changes. he ensured the booked room was ready. He even considered finer details.
i called a few times to order room service but there was no reply each time.

Wonderful Spa and Breakfast!

The hotel provided a great spa experience. Both treatments i had were relaxing. Sophie's calming presence helped ease tension and Rita's professional approach left me restored. The spa facilities were clean and peaceful! The breakfast selection was fabulous and extensive.
The pool i visited needs some minor tiling work. Otherwise, the facilities are lovely.

The hotel boasts spacious outdoor areas that i found enjoyable. A large bar area is available. It also includes a great pool. The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The area contains twenty loungers.

Staff members were friendly. They offered helpful service. Lucja at the front desk was particularly pleasant. She was efficient. I found the breakfast staff excellent and attentive, always replenishing the buffet.

I booked a spa, dinner and breakfast package. It was really good. the spa treatment was lovely with a cosy rest area and free robes. breakfast was really great. It had lots of choice both food and drink.

the reception was efficient offering an early check-in service. we had lunch with great pizza and refreshments. spa access was available before the official check-in time, a really thoughtful gesture.
the bar staff's knowledge was somewhat limited regarding the cocktail menu, restricting choices.

i found free parking because i entered my car number plate on a tablet by check-in. the hotel was easy to access off the m40. reception staff seemed friendly and were very helpful.
the corridors were like a maze to reach rooms.
