small pool slow service
the hotel looks great. the outdoor pool didn't impress. it seemed small and simple. dining service need improved it wasn't so good. we waited long time for simple breakfast order and it wasn't so busy.

adequate stay
good den nice games room absent hoover cafeteria vibe
the den was pretty good for kids. the games room is a nice touch i think. it had some good stuff for them.
the hoover was obviously away being serviced i noticed. the restaurant had more of a cafeteria vibe too. it was not good.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted
long wait time unfulfilled order
The indoor pool provided a welcome amenity. Its temperature was suitable for swimming.
I encountered challenges . Specifically regarding dining service. The wait time for ordering exceeded half an hour. A drinks order I placed was never fulfilled. I find this unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

poor water pressure dishonest staff
The breakfast offered an excellent start to each day.
The non-sea view family room seemed nice when the curtains were closed, yet water pressure in the bathroom was poor. Dinner took two hours. My kids missed the cinema. The staff stated they were busy and seemed dishonest about being short a chef, which ruined the evening.

lovely family getaway
friendly staff special birthday excellent facilities
The staff were friendly and cute. diane were great too make my son's birthday special. she arranged a banner and balloons, and every staff member wished him a happy birthday. He felt special. the complimentary childcare at the den was a huge hit. My son had an amazing time. the games room, cinema room, and swimming pool were all excellent. the little touches, like milk and cookies in the evening, were really adorable. the food was also of very high quality. i was so impressed.
the room temperature was a little high and the fan didn't seem to respond to the controls. i had to leave one of the doors open for a bit of cool air.

the hotel is in a beautiful location above fowey. it seemed like something from a fairytale, offering fine views and a serene setting perfect for a relaxing getaway. i loved the views.

The service was really good. carson was very accommodating upon my early arrival, allowing me to park so i could explore the harbor. leah showed us to our amazing room and provided helpful information. Her warm welcome was very appreciated.

Dinner was a five star experience, with an excellent children's menu and small cutlery. eleanor, the supervisor, made our meal really good. I feel she will be a valuable asset. my burger was delicious and the staff accommodated my several time changes.

The outdoor pool was the perfect temperature. i also enjoyed a massage from antonia. She offered helpful tips for relaxation. i found the relaxation area very serene, especially with the beautiful views it has. the indoor pool was warm and safe.

comfortable bed walk-in shower menu choice
The room included a lounge area with a desk. I also found a very comfortable bed. The walk-in shower was big. Storage space was ample. Breakfast offered a buffet and a menu.
