A Few Issues Observed During My Stay

The cottages are a short walk from the main hotel. My cottage was well equipped and very clean. The beds were super comfy, and I had a great night's sleep.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing with food served at a low temperature. Scrambled eggs developed a skin. Many items were nearly cold by the time my ordered eggs arrived.

The staff were helpful. The breakfast included a good selection. The separate lane pool was a nice feature. The lady at reception was very lovely and told us our room was ready early, that was very helpful for us. helpful staff, good selection, separate lane pool, lovely receptionist
The jets did not work in the spa. I booked this hotel mainly for that reason. The front desk told me that they would be working, but it was not true.

The location provides a very beautiful setting. It offers very calm outside. It is a great starting point to discover the area. It has easy parking but is not far from Plymouth.

The hotel pool is really great. There is a golf course on the premises. The Kernow course was very enjoyable. Access to all the facilities was easy with staff being very helpful.

Breakfast had a good selection. The evening dining experience were good. The serving staff were lovely. I was served by a waitress during my evening meal, who usually worked their events and was attentive.

The room are spacious and clean. The products in the bathroom were lovely. The room has Elemis products. The hotel room was very clean. I like use of the Elemis products in the rooms.
