helpful staff quick service
the staff willingly helped with our bags. breakfast service was quick, and the food was yummy. the location is convenient to local attractions.
i felt the hotel was slightly overpriced. the room could use some updates.

the room included fluffy towels and robes. it also had excellent room facilities. our room suite had a bath in the bedroom!!! it was super clean and featured lovely decor.

beautiful building helpful staff comfortable room wonderful breakfast
the building was beautiful with so much character and the room was large! the staff were helpful finding my way when streets were closed for a bike race. the room was also comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. i felt very supported throughout my stay.
I noticed some room fittings showed signs of wear. They could use a little updating.

The location is ideal. A park sits right next to the hotel. plenty of options for dining are just down the street. it was like a very special place to stay. The surroundings exuded peace.

The team were warm and friendly. They immediately. customer service seemed important to them. I found they put a lot into their presentation. the staff were amazing, they couldn't have done enough for us!

the superior king room was really good. it was very clean, with comfortable bed and good size. the entire house is decorated tastefully, it felt special! the shower and bathroom were also well equipped.

the location was serene in a good area. it felt special to stay there. the staff were amiable making it all possible. the facilities were flawless.
the bedroom was slightly small and the shower room was tiny.
