the location is quite convenient. it is next door to Battersea Power Station. the receptionists were helpful. the bus stand is also a short walk AWAY.
the gym is pretty useless. it is a converted bedroom. the sauna WAS out of service. there is BARELY any phone signal in the hotel.

The hotel is near battersea park. Walking and running were very accessible. battersea's restaurants and shopping area was also conveniently located. the room, though facing buildings and rail tracks, had its own charm, and it was very nice.
there was no in-room information for operating the air conditioning or tv. we could not get the air conditioning working overnight. a simple instruction sheet would have helped prevent a warm night.

the room showed some wear and tear, needing some updates.

The spa's sauna was broken (a detail conveniently omitted before my visit). kids treated the spa pool as their personal playground. It appears decorum is optional at this hotel. Several lights were out, the tap was loose, the shower was subpar, tea and coffee supplies were scarce, and slippers were noticeably absent. broken sauna
