I particularly enjoyed the aromatherapy steam room and relaxation lounge. The breakfast was also excellent , with a great variety of options at the buffet. The doorman promptly flagged down a taxi when our Uber couldn't accommodate our luggage. I also appreciated the helpful concierge who provided stamps and a doctor recommendation.
During my stay , the room lighting needed attention. It took four attempts over two days for the team to resolve the issue. While the staff remained attentive , this was a notable inconvenience.

The room service seemed a tad slow , the pasta arrived lukewarm. And the minibar prices! Highway robbery , I tell you. Charging extra for water , is that really necessary ?

The staff provided superior attention to detail, ensuring all my needs were met. check-in was super smooth. I received immediate assistance with my luggage and was escorted to my room promptly. the velvet bar is great. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxed evening. breakfast offered a wide variety. I liked the fresh pastries and the made-to-order omelets.
i found that the room service menu, while extensive, lacked some basic comfort food options for late-night cravings.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable for our family. The staff were very attentive! They left us wanting for nothing. I took advantage of the ESPA thermal floor. It was relaxing!!! I need to book a massage next time.
The bidet drain in the bathroom was not functioning correctly . I hope they fix it soon!!!

The hotel is centrally located between Trafalgar Square and the Golden Jubilee Bridge. It is close to many famous sight seeing points and the area is wonderful for a walk. The location is very convenient.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The service was really good and the staff offered amazing service overall. Nothing was too much, they always did what they could for us. This hotel provides what you expect at such a hotel.

The food and drink options at all restaurants were delicious and offered something for everyone. Breakfast at The Northall was a great way to start each day. I recommend the loaded fries at Kerridge's Bar & Grill. The dining experience was wonderful.
