I found the room clean! The modern design created a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the convenient location. It made exploring nearby attractions really easy. The staff was very helpful with directions to local spots too.
The gym equipment was quite popular, making it sometimes difficult to use my preferred machines.

i received fabulous service from all colleagues. joseph and amen particularly looked after us well . no request was too much for them. we were greeted with smiles whenever we left and returned. daily cleaning and turndown service was perfect. the christmas decorations were amazing!
southwark tube station was closed during the weekend. the nearest tube was waterloo, or london bridge. the area felt a little isolated when walking back alone at night.

the executive king room lounge access was well-kept i appreciated the modern amenities provided the underground swimming pool was warm i found it refreshing after a long day of travel the breakfast buffet offered good variety it was easy to find something to suit my taste buds the staff were attentive they helped with directions and bookings.
