The staff were really cute at check in. Special deals became available. the restaurant staff were also really nice. i chose a dish and it was very tasty! lots of draught options were available. I noticed the entire hotel looked very clean
The tv in my room was broken. it had a line of pixels down the middle. i also saw cracks and marks on the walls. the view included a broken-down tennis court. I found the roof was in poor repair

This location is fantastic. Leeds castle is a short walk away. i was impressed with its proximity. The area seemed peaceful. the grounds surrounding the hotel looked lovely and were great for walks.

The hotel grounds were beautiful, perfect for a morning walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. i found ample parking on-site, very convenient, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of options to suit all tastes. the location was also ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
