the room was spacious, thanks to an upgrade. i found the food in the restaurant excellent. the spa was a highlight with immaculate facilities. the staff were friendly and professional, ready to assist without intrusion.
The car park was icy and lacked gritting. I had to be cautious to avoid slipping, unexpected given the hotel's overall care.

Marie Milheiro was helpful. She was also highly responsive and consistently were really good. The attendees praised the beautiful hotel. The food was excellent. The event space was perfectly suited to our senior offsite.
Breakfast entry involved pointing out that our stay included the full English breakfast. I felt this detail should have been checked initially. It made the situation awkward. The spa area seemed disorganized. The staff did not seem to know us by name, even after two days and five treatments.

staff was very cute and i enjoyed delicious meals in the hotel both nights. breakfast featured a wide selection, including freshly brewed coffee. i loved the wood fires and variety of places to sit and read.
i noticed an empty plastic water bottle behind a sideboard in the hallway. this small detail makes the hotel feel less five-star.

the food in the newly reopened restaurant was delicious and packed with flavor. i tried the autumn journey menu with my partner, and we were impressed by the food and service. this is a must-dine spot for food lovers. the staff slayed the whole time, especially finley.
the facilities seems tired and dated. i notice a lack of refreshments are avalaible, like herbal tea or coffee, through the day. the hotel gave me a takeaway cup when i ordered tea.

the gluten-free options were limited at lunch and dinner I felt this was an inconvenience also the waiter rushed through the options. there was water left in the kettle from previous guests in my upgraded room also I saw a cigarette butt on the balcony.
