The breakfast had a good selection. I found plenty to eat.
The room felt a bit dated, the furniture looked worn. the bed was firm, too hard for my liking. the television remote did not work properly. I struggled to change channels.

i found the room very spacious and clean. breakfast offered a nice selection with good quality items. all staff members, from housekeeping to the bar and reception, were friendly. the swimming pool area was lovely.

Excellent Stay at a Convenient Location

The front house staff greeted us thoughtfully and provided helpful knowledge. Our room suited us well because it was near an exit door and close to the grounds. I value the hotel choosing the same familiar room upon our return stay.
On arrival it was difficult to find the entrance because the outdoor lighting was poor.

Food was served without delay and was perfect. We used the bar area for a welcome drink and sandwich served with care and a chat. Grateful thanks go out to all staff for making our time special. The info sheet and door notice were useful.

The room included extra facilities such as a safe and fridge. A large screen tv was available in my room, including bottles of water and biscuits. The bathroom was very clean and I found the shower to be good. I value these small details.

The spa area met expectations, why we chose this hotel. The gym was well equipped and provided various exercise options. A decent sized pool was open to guests and had a sauna and steam room. I am very grateful for the extra space.

The staff were really helpful and pleasant . Plenty of indoor and outdoor space accommodated all guests. I felt welcome at all times as all requests were answered immediately. The attention of detail was amazing.

the breakfast offered a wide range of cereals and fruit, alongside a slightly more limited hot breakfast. the pool was usually quite pleasant, and the steam room and sauna were nice touches. it's one of the hotels i look forward to!
rooms are generally very clean but starting to feel very slightly tired in spots.

This spot is close to tourist attractions like winchester and stonehenge. jane austen's house is also nearby. A great place for exploring local culture. the hampshire countryside offers scenic drives and charming villages.

the gym could benefit from updated machines, but it is otherwise good. the spa facilities are excellent. we did not use them but they looked great. the grounds are spacious and bright.
