The venue looked fine. sian and the ENTIRE team deserve HUGE praise for her wedding. lucy at the bar was kind. She made amazing drinks, and the room was very spacious and well kept. the staff WERE friendly and helpful. Their professionalism was excellent!
the check-in process was a little slow, and i had to wait despite the hotel not being busy.

The staff was really kind and helpful. ameerya and rakiha from the restaurant were amazing. ahmad ensured my stay was comfortable with great hospitality. bozena, the breakfast manager, gives a warm welcome and provides really good service. She is a main reason to return.
The phone in my room did not work, and i could not reach reception to request assistance. This made it hard to resolve a minor issue with the room temperature at night.

the team really cared about the wedding i attended! they were supportive. i also thought that the food they served was excellent and hot! the portions were super generous.
i was disappointed with the spa weekend i booked here! we were short of robes plus didn't have slippers. we were pre warned about the childrens pool party and i felt annoyed.

I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. My room was super clean. It featured great air conditioning, a super comfortable bed, and Elemis toiletries. I also appreciated fresh milk, a fridge, a coffee pod machine, and a smart TV. A mineral water tap in the hallway offered still or sparkling options. The room included a cut glass jug and glasses.
The heated towel rail wasn't working. I reported it. Reception said someone would sort it out, but nothing EVER happened.

The breakfast service, delivered by Bozena and Hannah, was warm and friendly. They remembered us. It reminded me of catching up with friends. Staff was happy and smiling.
