i came for a two night stay and booked a package with treatments and dinner allowance. the treatments were lovely. all staff were very helpful and polite.. i especially appreciated the female spa receptionist who dealt with some unruly teens in the swimming pool, quickly and efficiently.

the room was a good size with a comfortable bed it suited our needs for attending a funeral reception.
the lack of plugs near the bedside was quite annoying i needed to charge my phone overnight and there was no convenient outlet i wish there was a better solution.

the location was good for the family event i attended. breakfast was acceptable.
i had booked afternoon tea for a birthday, but when we got there, nobody greeted us or brought drinks. we waited for about 45 minutes before we could get a drink.
