great staffgreat tipsreally good service
I found the staff great. the gardener gave us tips for great walks. the restaurant and bar staff provided really good service. Nothing seemed too much. the reception and spa staff contributed to a very relaxing break for me.

my bedroom was huge and super clean. staff turned towels into swans with petals on the bed for my birthday. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the shower offered great water pressure.

the restaurant provided very nice meals with attentive staff. the breakfast was bountiful and had a lovely view out onto the gardens. i had a glass of wine in the garden between treatments, very nice.

the staff was very cute, hospitable, helpful, and friendly. the concierge lady gave me a warm arrival greeting. i booked treatments at short notice. i loved the ability to have a glass of wine in the garden.

I found the classic twin room spacious. breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh ingredients.
the grounds were fine, though the dinner staff seemed a bit inexperienced!
