a Really good experience
reserved parking many pillows
the room was large and clean. it had MANY pillows, a bonus. i was especially impressed with the reserved parking upon arrival. the BENTLEY cars around the hotel were very nice.
the lighting in THE room could be improved. more lighting is needed. this is important.

stale pastries slow service
The breakfast was a letdown. the pastries seemed stale. The croissants were hard. also, the room service was slow. It took nearly an hour to get a simple sandwich. the price didn't match the quality, very annoying!

the limited wardrobe space proved challenging. there was no provision for hanging long garments. also, the lack of hooks outside the wardrobe. i expected better storage solutions in a hotel of this standard.

The hotel staff was cute. my room offered ample space. i found the location quite convenient. i easily accessed nearby attractions. i also appreciated the on-site parking. It made travel easier. the high-quality bedding contributed to a restful sleep. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
The breakfast buffet had a limited selection. This was slightly disappointing.
