convenient locationtemperamental shower
the location suited me fine being close to the ziggo dome it was acceptable
the shower was temperamental at best i could never get a constant temperature so showering became a test of endurance rather than a relaxing experience i felt somewhat like a contestant on a reality tv show each time i tried to wash

missing headphonessilverfish issue
Upon departure, I realized I had left my headphones. The staff confirmed they had them and would return them if I emailed my address. After emailing, I received no confirmation so I called. They said they would look into it, but days passed with no news. Eventually, they claimed they no longer had them. THIS is unacceptable. I felt the hotel essentially misplaced or stole my expensive, sentimental gift, and offered no compensation. I saw a silverfish in the room on the first day. It made me concerned about the overall cleanliness.

decent stay, but issues persist
poor lightinginconvenient iron
The room had some issues that were quite frustrating. the lighting in the bathroom made it hard to see. i was also annoyed that there was no iron. I had to go to the fitness center to use one. it was inconvenient and detracted from my stay.

The location made attending a concert at Ziggo Dome convenient.
The check-in process dragged on, and I waited about 30 minutes. They changed our room, but the internet problem continued. the reception seemed slow.
