a GOOD stay
good equipmentspacious rooms
i found the gym nice. it had good equipment. The rooms were spacious I liked the fans. ice lollies were also provided, a nice touch.
i did not like cold room at reception. The seating area felt cold. The doors were open all the time.

The location is good for visiting Alton Towers. The staff demonstrates really good dedication and provides family-friendly service. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a good choice.
The pool is available to the wider community. This resulted in an overcrowded pool area.

The staff at the pool side were excellent. breakfast was very nice and offered wide choices. the hotel is near water world. It is walking distance.
beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy. the room was airless and stuffy. opening the window showed it was filthy.

i really appreciated the warm cookie i received upon arrival i found it a nice touch and very thoughtful i also liked that the receptionist pre checked for allergies for both me and my daughter this attention to detail was very considerate. the room was very clean and spacious providing ample space for relaxation.
the prom event created a slightly disruptive atmosphere outside the hotel i felt a little hesitant about using the restaurant or pool due to the large gathering near the entrance.

the staff was helpful with requests i had the receptionist was professional during check in she even remembered the allergies without me telling her and acted quick to solve the issue.

the room was quite spacious and provided good amenities, i found this very useful. the lady at reception was friendly and helpful, she answered all my questions. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room, it was super clean.
i noticed the food in the evening was terrible, it needs improvement. the staff seemed grumpy, they could use a bit of motivation. the breakfast was okay, i had better at other hotels i have visited.
