the location was excellent. the hotel stored our suitcases before check-in. we booked a senior classroom room and it was spacious with well-prepared amenities, i. e. a coffee machine and tea maker.

fantastic stay near tower bridge

efficient staffreally good foodlimited equipment
the staff shone, accommodating every request with excellent efficiency. i really was like nothing was too much trouble for them. dining in-house was a treat, the food was really good and i had a really warm welcome at this beautiful hotel.
the gym's limited equipment was a bit of a letdown i hoped for more variety for a proper workout. it really only has the basics, restricting exercise routines.

the room featured a comfortable bed with crisp linens alongside a modern bathroom equipped with high pressure rainfall shower ensuring a relaxing and refreshing experience after a long day exploring.
