The shower lacked consistent hot water. I also found the open-plan bathroom, without doors separating the shower and toilet areas, to be less private than I prefer. Breakfast options were confusing. The waiter's response to my inquiries about what was included was vague, saying they would "work it out. " Basic toiletries were missing upon arrival and the replacements provided were not what I would expect from a luxury hotel (individual bars of soap were absent).

Danny, Paul, and Mohammed at the entrance were helpful upon arrival. They ensured our luggage was taken care of immediately. Our room had a comfortable bed. We found the bathroom well-appointed, and the welcome Negroni was much appreciated after shopping. Antonio and his team provided attentive service during a delicious breakfast in the ABC restaurant.

There was a slight delay at check-in, as our room wasn't quite ready upon our arrival, but the staff was very apologetic and offered us refreshments while we waited.
