friendly staff warm atmosphere excellent breakfast
The staff was very friendly. they really worked hard. the hotel created a warm atmosphere. It was like staying in a catered chalet. every evening they offered a four-course meal with canapés, and guests could chat. complementary afternoon tea and an excellent breakfast were also available. we will definitely book again.
the location is advertised near the town, but it is a few miles out. it is near one ski lift, but there are limited local amenities.

amazing family stay
excellent host friendly chef attentive staff
i revisited this lovely place and it was really good! our chalet host emma and chef eliza were so friendly. the staff were really nice too, with nick and cosmin fulfilling every request. rich, the bar man, made sure we always had our favorite drinks.
the location was a bit further from the town center than i expected, which required a short drive for certain activities.

The staff provided prompt assistance with requests and questions. daily room service ensured our space remained clean and tidy. their attentiveness and willingness to assist enhanced the quality of our stay. It was AMAZING!!!
