our suite was kept super tidy by the diligent housekeeping staff each day. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection, including made-to-order omelets and the most amazing yogurt i have tasted. the hotel's ski room was easily accessible and felt completely secure.
i did find the hot tub in the spa a little cooler than i would have liked, but it barely detracted from the experience.

the hotel offered secure bike storage, a significant bonus for cyclists. the spa area included a sauna and hot tub. it was bookable for exclusive use in 30-minute slots, ensuring privacy and relaxation.

i arrived several hours before the official check-in time, and the reception staff readily accommodated me. the team showed such kindness when i injured myself skiing. they helped book private transfers to the airport and arrange in-room meals.

The hotel provided convenient ski storage with individual lockers. It ensured safe keeping of equipment. The location was good for accessing ski slopes to Avoriaz and Les Gets. I found it a short walk to Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. The meals were excellent, especially the dinners. Each night offered a six-course meal.
The receptionist had a rude attitude. I didn't like interacting with her. The room was quite noisy early in the morning. Cleaning staff started early. The hotel advertised room service, yet it was unavailable.

the breakfast included daily specials. the dinners consisted of six courses, and the food quality was very high (i especially loved the french delicacies!).
i did hear the cleaning staff vacuuming in the adjacent room early in the morning, around 8 am, quite disruptive to my sleep.
