a mountain dream come true

ski hotel storage space high standard
this ski hotel seemed like home, a short walk to lifts whisked us to ski areas. our room held cases and clothes with no problem. i stored skis closer to town for easier access and a bus stopped nearby for ski equipment. the hotel adapted meals for us since we are pescatarian and the service shone. early flight from geneva meant coffee and cakes awaited, a kind touch.
the reception staff did not seem happy upon our arrival before check-in time, i only wished to change to go skiing. nobody asked about our stay upon departure, a simple inquiry would have added a nice touch.

the hotel features a sand steam room that opens daily at 15:45, to relax muscles after outdoor activities. a boot and ski room is located on the lower ground floor providing organized storage for equipment that is convenient and practical.

small boot room unwelcoming staff
the boot room was small, it barely accommodated everyone's gear and created congestion. reception staff were unwelcoming and abrupt. no breakfast was provided on the last morning despite having paid for it.
