I found the staff very cute. The team helped ensure our guests were comfortable. They met all our needs. The rooms were very comfy. I enjoyed the friendly bar after clocking off. I had a few drinks.
The spa area had very low-level lighting, with water on the floor. Most of the jets in the tiny jacuzzi weren't working.

The breakfast offers a perfect combination of a buffet and signature dishes. The chef prepares exquisite food. Every morning seemed like a new culinary experience. I found everything delicious and more importantly filling.

My business trip became much nicer thanks to a great team. They helped make our meetings comfortable and met our needs. I was able to visit the spa and I found it an absolute delight after the workday ended. I met friendly people at the bar and drank nice drinks, it had a relaxed atmosphere.
I was slightly disappointed to realize the jacuzzi was not in operation .

The location is a two minute walk to the centre. I could walk to the Chavannes Express chair lift. The hotel sits in a good position in town.

The spa really stood out after long days on the slopes. It was a treat. the bar staff were attentive and well-trained, i always had a drink when i needed it! i enjoyed the whole experience, from the room to the amenities. It was a great change of scenery.

The hotel has a great location in town. It's easy to wander into town and reach the slopes. the position is convenient for accessing amenities and recreational activities, it really enhanced my stay.

The downstairs spar was very handy after a day on the hills. It helped ease my muscles. the hotel offered many facilities that i found useful, especially the spa. the room was cleaned daily.

The staff were amazing and helpful. They provided recommendations , made my holiday easier. they were very knowledgeable about the resort and helped with restaurant bookings! the service provided by all members made a difference.
