the concierge provided an excellent welcome the staff was attentive during dinner. i appreciated the comfortable room with excellent room service from the maid. dinner and breakfast offered the best food so i look forward to returning next month.

I found the hotel staff kind, especially sorine at the front desk. she provided great dining and exploration recommendations. the spa was a highlight for me. I had a relaxing massage (it really hit the spot!). i especially enjoyed the hotel's central location, near everything yet peaceful.

The underground parking was sometimes full. I had to search for an alternative space myself.

i found the hotel bar and lounge very relaxing, especially with the fireplace. the location allowed for easy walking to the town center. the staff helped me locate a nearby weekend wine tasting with a good new winemaker.

The sommelier during dinner was quite slow. No wine was offered with the main course, quite shocking for a restaurant with a michelin star, it felt a bit overlooked

the location was super convenient , putting me within an easy walk of the historic town. the staff offered excellent service .

my room happened to be right next to the bar , that had a pool table , it wasn't ideal when i wanted to sleep after a long day. the breakfast was expensive , but the options were not as extensive as i'd hoped.

the location was central to everything. it was close to everything yet peaceful and charming. sorine at the front desk was kind and accommodating. she also gave excellent recommendations on restaurants and exploration.

i was in room number 1. it was right next to the bar with a pool table and piano. i had to ring reception at 11.10 pm to ask the piano player to stop.. i was trying to sleep after a large day travelling. all i could hear was the click of the balls on the pool table and the piano.
