nice stay with excellent service

i stayed for several nights. the staff demonstrated attentiveness. the air conditioning worked efficiently. breakfast service on the rooftop offered good views. i found this to be a location with good access to many sites. the beautiful single room was quiet despite the busy location. the bed provided a very comfortable sleep. it was a nice touch that the hotel added fruit and water upon my arrival after a long journey. this welcome amenity was much appreciated after travel.

the location was really convenient. it allowed easy access to many attractions. also, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. they helped us with directions.
the breakfast selection was not great. i found it limited in variety. the air conditioning in my room did not work well. despite my complaints, it was not fixed. this was quite frustrating.
