I found the food service quite satisfactory. There was a wide selection at each meal. the pools were clean. the staff was very polite and helpful. i especially appreciated the quick resolution to a minor issue with my room's air conditioning! it was fixed within an hour of reporting it.

the wi-fi signal was a bit weak in some areas, especially during peak hours, but it didn't bother me much.

Doaa Guest Relations gave SUPERIOR service! She helped me with everything , and her care made a real difference. I will return soon. The hotel takes GREAT care of plants and landscaping, which makes a serene environment. I found the special Monday dinner a NICE touch.

The gym equipment was old and broken. It was impossible to exercise WELL.

I liked the diverse food choices and the constant availability of drinks and snacks. the kids really enjoyed the pools and the small aqua park available at the hotel. the "wave entertainment" team kept both adults and children engaged with various activities like dancing and games. I found this really entertaining. the nightly shows at 9:30 pm were also nice.

I noticed that the main swimming pool could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. This is just something i observed.

The room was NOT clean it was also old i saw insects there the pictures of the rooms online did not show the reality of it. The cleanliness was poor I did not like it.

i liked the room and how clean it was. the staff are very attentive and caring. the food is high quality. choice of 5 restraunts open every night. snacks available nearly all day. the reception team and the management are always looking after everyone around the clock.

the resort is dated, every part is tired and falling apart. the rooms were the worst, and bathroom are bedroom need work. furniture is old and worn. i think the hotel need good standard of care.
