The rooms are large and very clean. I appreciate Ossama, my room cleaner, he did a great job. The staff is always happy to help. Special thanks go to Muhammed Essam and Anna in the restaurant. Pool bar staff, Carlos, Samuel, and Rami, also deserve recognition for their service! I thank Mr F.

The hotel offers multiple pools and well-kept gardens. There are four pools available to guests and the grounds are kept immaculate from morning to night by dedicated gardeners. Plenty of loungers surround the pools, ensuring ample space for relaxation.

The gym could use a little updating, but it was still functional.
