My room was very spacious and clean. the staff was easy to reach, and i liked the friendly people. the room included an iron, which i found very useful. It was a nice bonus.

the elevator waiting times could be a little long though my key card worked for my floor only.

The location proved very convenient. It was near several restaurants. Housekeeping was fast and efficient. Marife kept the room clean and provided helpful tips for tidying. The breakfast combined Arabic, Indian, and European styles, appealing.

The parking situation was not ideal. The valet parked the car in the public street. One day, I found the car covered in dirt. A horrible smell came from the air conditioning frequently. The staff came by, yet they did not fix the problem.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, gym, swimming pool, and restaurant. Everything felt comfortable. the staff, including mr allan, rey, ms marife, and ms h'la, were very accommodating and friendly. mr aung wint thu helped find a connected room, which i appreciated very much.

The hotel lacked a dedicated car parking facility, resulting in my car being parked under a tree. This was not ideal.

Breakfast had many choices including bread, warm food, fruits, and vegetables. It catered for every taste i felt. the staff were very service-oriented and nice, especially diksha and payel at reception.

the hotel features a gym and a swimming pool so guests do not have to miss their workouts. the gym seemed well-equipped with various machines. the rooftop pool offers a spot for relaxation after a day of exploration.

I found the breakfast to be good. The breakfast buffet included many options, including made-to-order omelettes. I also appreciated that the bed was a proper king size and the sheets were spotlessly clean.

The valet service parks cars in the public street, which I didn't like (I prefer a secure, private lot). I noticed the car was full of dirt one day, and a staff member said someone threw something from a window. A horrible smell also came from the AC frequently.

The breakfast options were good. I found them to be plentiful too. The staff was really nice and cute. Mr Joseph was very kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff was also good. They followed my request on time.

The shower temperature was not warm enough. The water stream felt weird. I think they should replace those eco showers with normal ones. The food was budget-friendly. It was mediocre. There was no concierge during check-in or check-out. I carried my own luggage.

The staff gave great suggestions for local places, including the evening desert safari!!! i was glad i brought shorts and flip flops. the hotel had a great swimming pool and a sauna. The valet parking was also helpful. gyan helped our group to organize group activities. I appreciated that very much.

my room had a musty smell. i think it came from the carpet.
