the staff was helpful, specifically akash in room service.
the check-in process was slow, i waited approximately two hours. the receptionist lacked a cute attitude. the room felt gloomy and did not meet my expectations.

the cleaning service was really good, especially mr dome. he arranged my personal items perfectly each day. i am giving him 100 marks out of 100!!!

prompt service super clean room dedicated attention
the staff was accommodating. Zakir, from valet, provided prompt and professional car service each time. Mijan from housekeeping kept my room super clean. Their dedicated attention to detail made a significant positive difference.
i found that the room i was in was not the quietest. despite requesting a room away from noise, i experienced disruptive sounds.
