the staff was accommodating. Zakir, from valet, provided prompt and professional car service each time. Mijan from housekeeping kept my room super clean. Their dedicated attention to detail made a significant positive difference.

i found that the room i was in was not the quietest. despite requesting a room away from noise, i experienced disruptive sounds.
