the breakfast buffet was acceptable, it had a decent variety of options (though i wouldn't call it gourmet).

I found the bathroom towels to be surprisingly rough and thin. They felt more like sandpaper than soft cotton. the hotel needs to invest in better quality linens. Drying off seemed like an exfoliation session. it really detracted from the overall experience.

I stayed here for a few days and was impressed with the quick service. the staff promptly addressed my requests, showing dedication. the hotel is close to deira city centre mall, very convenient. i found it easy to access nearby shops and restaurants. The location worked well for me.

The lighting system in the room was complex. Getting the desired light level took effort.

The hotel features a well kept outdoor swimming pool. I saw about twenty sun loungers available. there is also a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. these facilities seemed adequate for a moderate number of guests.

My room included two separate sinks, which i found very convenient. a rainfall shower was also available in the bathroom. the housekeeping service was regular. I observed clean towels and well-kept surfaces daily.

The location is convenient, close to Deira city center. The staff members Ibrar and Hafez were particularly helpful to me.

The light system seemed over-engineered and difficult to manage. I noticed A DUMP smell upon entering the hotel.
