The location was quite nice. It was very near the mall of emirates and restaurants. The room I had was spacious. It was also very stylish and well lighted.

The staff at the reception didn't knew how to welcome guests. Their approach toward all requests was casual. They need more professionalism.

i found ms. fahimeh, alaa, and mralma to be kind and hospitable. karim, latifa, and oshini provided great hospitality. hazel from the front office and mr tahir consistently gave me a good room.

housekeeping requests took a long time to arrive and required follow-up for items like bathrobes.

I found the room very clean. it had comfortable features and the staff was helpful. latifa, rania, and nurlan at the front desk were very supportive. I appreciated their assistance. the shuttle service to the beach was also very convenient for getting around.

I found the staff very attentive. The front office team including Alaa, Karim, Akmal and Latifa helped us . May and Ahmed at breakfast were helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection of food that included items to order. The room was spacious and clean.

The shower leaked all over the floor every time we used it, frustrating. Because of the leak, we never had enough towels

the location was fairly convenient for getting around. it was close to transport links.

i was disappointed in the cleanliness. the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned when i arrived and there was a strange odor. i requested a more thorough cleaning, but the service was still subpar. the age of the hotel is definitely showing, and i found the standards lacking.
