I found an apartment spacious with comfy beds. Check-in was easy and quick. Neelum provided excellent customer service. hospitality fruits. Sharukh at the ground floor café provided great service.

The gym included all the equipment one could need. A definite plus.

My studio overlooked the service elevator and storage room, so the noise was constant. Towels were not always replaced. An iron was missing. It seems a five-star hotel should have better soundproofing and more consistent amenities. Rather disappointing.

The check-in process was slow. My room was not ready when I arrived, and I had to wait almost an hour. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly. It was difficult to get it cool enough at night.
