Really good stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful . They upgraded my room for free to an executive suite. Every detail of the room was beautiful. I loved it (it seemed like a palace!).

The mattress in my room was not very comfortable. This made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. Perhaps new mattresses would improve the guest experience.

The Executive King Room included bathrobes and all the essential items one could need. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. It was perfect after long days. It was spacious and clean.

The staff provided helpful suggestions for sightseeing plans. They even supported me with some lost items. Front reception. Staff ensured everything was top notch (I really appreciate their service!).

The room service menu had variety and healthy options. The air conditioning worked EXCELLENTLY. The bed was large and comfortable with quality linen. Breakfast was amazing. The room was really good.

The hotel is located on a central artery with lots of car traffic, so it's quite noisy.

The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I received a complimentary upgrade to a studio. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel's convenient location near restaurants and supermarkets impressed me. Direct bus connection to the airport added more convenience. I found it a very useful option.

I found the water temperature difficult to control in the shower. Made it a little difficult sometimes.

The room upgrade to a Beautiful King Room was a nice surprise. It felt spacious because of the layout. The valet parking service was efficient, I never had to wait long for my car. The staff provided clear directions to nearby attractions.

The pool closed a bit early for my liking.

The gym has modern equipment, like three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I also noticed the pool area has around twenty loungers and a shaded section so that everyone can find their place.
