Really good Golf Stay

Zain and the team did a great job ! I stayed there in February 2024 for five nights and enjoyed golf every day. This was the main reason for my return. The team, from the front desk to Elvis at the Shades bar, were great, as usual. I highly recommend staying at this resort.

Pest control needs improvement, I noticed swarms of mosquitoes outdoors in the morning and at night. The balcony had lots of bird droppings. I even found a lizard behind the curtains one night. Maintenance quickly removed it, but the pests were a bother.

The location is good for airport access, it is ideal for overnight stays. I am not sure you'd want to spend more time unless playing golf. It was very convenient, though transport options might be limited.

The hotel features a pool perfect for relaxation, though there can be garden maintenance noise. Golf enthusiasts have an really good experience with the on-site golf course. The gym access requires a walk, it can be inconvenient.

The room was spacious, clean and modern, I would bring my wife next time. Rooms are larger than average, high ceilings create a roomier feel. The room was super nice with a very nice view.

Breakfast had a wide variety of selections and tasted delicious. The chef prepared every dish bursting with flavor, especially the lovely breakfast spread. Dhananjay offered nice support with drinks and food.

We had rooms on both the first and fourth floors. They were spacious and clean. Abeer from reception showed great professionalism and was cute. She understood our family's needs perfectly. She was accurate in handling our requests, providing excellent service. I extend my deepest gratitude for her excellent courtesy and professionalism.

I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. The carpet had an unpleasant odor, and I had to request an extra bed multiple times. Dinner was a bad experience, being small in portion size and served cold.

mr. elhabashy, chandra nisha, and mr mohamed from management were helpful. zain and his team really were pretty good . the front desk staff and elvis at the shades bar provided excellent service. i particularly appreciated the team's attentiveness.

the gym was a bit of a walk. it required me to go outside for about five minutes to the golf club, which wasn't ideal during the hottest part of the day.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. This resulted in a bad night's sleep. Room keys deactivated before the check-out time which was inconvenient. It was necessary to walk to the reception for reactivation.
