limited options noisy room
The breakfast was a real disappointment. The food options were very limited, and the same every day. there was often no one refilling items, so if I arrived 30 minutes before the end, food was gone. The rooms also were very noisy. I could hear everything including the elevator, disturbing sleep.

helpful attitude easy access luggage storage adequate room
The staff showed a very helpful attitude. The location offered easy access to important sites. I also had no problems storing my luggage both before and after checking in. The room size felt adequate for my needs.
The hotel needs to dedicate more resources to ongoing maintenance of its facilities.

perfect spot near the metro!

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. asha and omeir were always available! the metro station was very close. the hotel was also near many restaurants and shops. This made everything so convenient.
i noticed a lingering cigarette smell in the room, it was a bit unpleasant. the corridor also had a strange odor and the carpet looked a bit worn, i hope they fix it.

The gym offers essential equipment for workouts. i saw a pool on the rooftop, an added benefit for relaxation. I loved the pool. the hotel has a clean and relaxing environment for a stress-free experience.

Excellent Stay
clean room ample parking
The room was well kept and spotlessly clean. Everything in the room was in perfect condition. This. I especially appreciated the ample car parking because I did not need to worry about parking space. I also found two hypermarkets at the backside of the hotel.
I noticed the breakfast options were limited. More variety in the breakfast menu would improve the experience. The canteen staff could be more polite and professional.

The room included a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. This added to the comfort. The room also had a mini fridge stocked with water.
