the room had a useful balcony , and it faced the sea. the room was clean. staff members were friendly and helpful to me.

excellent stay with amazing bosphorus views
friendly staff cooperative staff free upgrade good location
I found the staff to be very friendly and cooperative throughout my stay. pahnaz at the reception was particularly helpful. She was always ready to assist with a smile. i also received a complimentary room upgrade with a lovely sea view. the location was excellent.
the only slight issue was that one of the three lifts was not working consistently.

the hotel provides a gym with several machines for exercising. there is also a spa offering various treatments for relaxation. a swimming pool is available wanting to take a dip, providing opportunities for recreation and wellness during the visit.

The hotel is near taksim square, so it is easy to reach local attractions. several cafes and shops are very close to the hotel. the bosphorus sea is not far. Rooms provide bosphorus views.

limited selection shaky bed
the gym was not open, though i booked expecting it. the breakfast selection seemed very limited. staff sometimes acted rude and wouldn't admit any wrongdoing, frustrating. our key cards frequently failed, and staff blamed us instead of admitting potential issues with their machines.
