Mixed Feelings About My Stay
excessive noise substandard cleaning
The location was convenient, especially for accessing major attractions.
The noise was excessive. Doors slammed shut frequently, and loud conversations seemed to echo through the halls late into the night. the room cleaning was substandard. The bathroom was not properly cleaned .

nonexistent soundproofing uncomfortable bed
The breakfast was acceptable, though the selection was not extensive.
My room, a Standard Double or Twin Room, turned out to be quite a letdown. The soundproofing was practically nonexistent as if the walls were made of paper (I could hear every tram and garbage truck). The bed was not comfortable. It reminded me of sleeping on a trampoline with questionable springs.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff

the staff demonstrated professionalism and kindness, providing useful advice about using local transport. Breakfast included diverse and healthy food options, which I found quite nice. My room had good air conditioning which was welcome during the warmer days. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport, accommodating our luggage needs with a larger vehicle.
I noticed the lift may not be spacious enough for wheelchair users.

The room included shampoo and soap alongside the daily water, tea and sugar provisions which I appreciated. The size was reasonable and met my needs while visiting local sights, I felt it was good value for the cost. Clean towels were provided daily which was helpful.

Breakfast had a range of foods that I appreciated, it included healthy options which suited my dietary requirements. I could buy bottled water from nearby shops too. The breakfast service provided a satisfactory start to my days exploring.
